Located on the man-made Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, La Hoya Bay is a mixed-use development only 45 minutes away from Dubai International Airport. When finished, La Hoya Bay will contain 288 apartments located on the beach front, available from 50 square metres and up to three-bedroom apartmens of 187 square metres.
In July 2010, Khoie and Arabtec signed a Dh2,5bn deal for the construction of La Hoya Bay to be completed by 2014. Starting immediately, the constructino of La Hoya Bay Residence and Business Village will mark the beginning of a new era on the Al Marjan Island.
